Caution - you sit in the car while waiting. First visit & I didn't get to go back and meet any any of the staff staff or the dentist Until the end. My daughter has been seeing a dentist since she's 4 years old every 6 months. We just moved to the area and I'm very disappointed in this dentist. The Visit was for a cleaning and x-rays and it took forever and also they claim that my daughter has 6 cavities. Neither myself or my other 2 daughters have any cavities. I requested the x-rays and I do not see any cavities.. Needless to say we have a visit scheduled with a different dentist for a second opinion. Be careful!!

Don’t bring you kid here. One they require you to wait in the car while you let you MINOR child walk in by themselves without supervision to get medical treatment. They will mistreat you child and traumatized them by yelling at them for complaining about pain and have zero bed side manners to comfort a scared child. This place should be closed and never be open again especially to treat children. Horrible !!

If you are not a fluent Spanish speaker this office may not be best option for you. The staff and the doctor are either rude or lost or trying to overcome a language barrier. As a parent you don't want to deal with people who seems to be lost or lack common sense and are unable to answer your questions. The Dr's are not friendly and easy to speak with. I feel uneasy having them working on my kids. I do m[t think I will be going back.

DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. they don’t know how to talk to Kids they Just yell at them. Just whatever you do don’t take them.

The front desk is nice and professional. The actual dentist should take some lessons from them. Claudia is rude and belittling. She should have someone else talk to the patients since customer service is not her forte.

Rude doctor! I called before going to make sure I could go inside with my kids. After X-rays I stood and watched as they sat and their cleaning started. My oldest doesn’t comprehend Spanish so I translated when the hygienist started to explain the process in Spanish . The doctor asked me to follow her to her office. She proceeded to give me a sermon of “MY bad behavior “. How I was implementing fear on my kids by not staying in the car. Apparently I shouldn’t have stood by them or watched them. I asked her if SHE trusted her staff so much that she would allow one of her grandkids plastered on the walls alone with anyone here? I asked her if I was holding my kids hands or carrying them like 2 month olds. I asked her if her parents ever took her to the dentist at age 4 at her native country? I told her she’s there to do the job she allegedly went to school for. Not to act like the grim reaper or a prison warden. All I want is for my kids to have healthy teeth and start that an an early age. To not have fear of the floss or brush. Ridiculous! Don’t take your kids there! I honestly don’t understand how she is still in business!!!

I have been coming here since I was 10, I am 18 now and do not want to go to another dentist because they are the best. Sadly because I am no longer a child I have to. If I could keep coming here forever I would.They listen to your concerns and do the best cleanings. They explain everything and make you feel comfortable. Great professionalism and service.

This was our first time going to the practice for our children. The office was clean and they were practicing social distancing by having parents wait outside for their children and if the parent needed to come in, like us, the lobby has chairs spread out for sitting. The staff was very accommodating and our children enjoyed the experience. The doctor explained everything to us that was going on with their teeth. We plan on using this practice for years to come.

This is the worst place to take your kids to for ANY dental work! My daughter went there and ended up having to pull her tooth out because the crown they put on it still had decayed underneath the silver crown, so she end up with an infection causing the teeth to be extracted! Not only that. I'm sitting in the waiting area and all I heard was her screaming in the back, I should've known better and took her off that chair then! And they also overbook everyone so you will end up waiting an hour after your appointment time to be seen! Obviously I'm not the only complaint on here! This place need help!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE unless you want them with no teeth!
